I can help you add coping skills to your toolbox to help you process your thoughts/feelings and deal with daily challenges. I can also help you build confidence, increase self-esteem, and find purpose. I am supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and am focused on listening to, connecting with, and encouraging my clients in a non-judgemental manner.

I integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, & evidence-supported interventions into my practice. As an individual who is visually impaired and manages chronic health conditions, I bring a unique set of experiences to counseling.

My life circumstances have helped me understand how it feels to face stigma and challenging situations, and I use these personal and professional experiences to help me work with clients and help them grow.

I understand how terrifying it can be to get out of your comfort zone and ask for help. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help, and you have taken a huge step just being here today. Therapy requires personalized care that is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
